
The
Roastery
Our Small Batch Roastery was started in August 2020.
We source organic speciality grade green beans
directly from estates across South India; in Coorg,
Chikmagalur, Pazhani Hills & Valparai.

​We work with estates where coffee cherries are selectively harvested and taken through different processes
- either Natural or Washed. These cherries are pulped and shade-dried with constant attention to moisture levels.
They are hulled off their parchment, after which the
beans go through a three month resting period
before they reach us - the Roaster.






We focus on light & medium roasts
to best bring out the subtle and delicate flavours of these carefully processed beans.

Our Coffees:


Our Coffee Menu features our Signature Blends as well as
Single Estate Coffees. The beans are roasted to a unique profile
and blended post-roasting. This results in bright, flavour-rich
and full-bodied coffees.

& can be shipped across the country.
